Many patients with liver tumors cannot benefit from resection due difficulty anatomical site lesion.Of these patients, only some can ex vivo resection, which consists a complete hepatectomy, bench tumor self-transplant. 2. Materials methods: We have retrospectively evaluated PUBMED databases. Studies was 2010 2020.Only very few studies analyzed “Ex situ resection”, “Extracorporeal “Liver auto-transplantation”. Conclusion: Ex autotransplantation is fesible unresectable fit surgery. R0 accounts about 60%-90% but outcomes are less satisfactory high complications rate 25% low survival 3 years.
